There is no extra charge for In-Store Pick Up.
In-Store Pick Up is available at either of our 2 locations:
Please note: In-Store Pick Up is available at both locations for phone or in-store orders, but orders done through the internet that want In-Store Pick Up must be picked up at the Mesa store location only.

Once an item arrives from the manufacturer and is available for Pick Up, the customer will receive a call from the store that they selected for Pick Up.
Due to limited storage space at each store, we ask customers to pick up their furniture within 2 days of notification. If circumstances arise where a customer is unable to pick up their item(s) within two days, they must immediately let the store know, so that arrangements can be made. If the store is not notified and items are not picked up within 2 days, a $15 per day Storage Fee will be charged until the items are picked up. The time limit and Storage Fee can only be waived by Manager authorization, based on justified circumstances.
Oak For Less® is not able to provide loading assistance at every store. Many items require 2 strong people to load into a vehicle, so customers must bring help when coming for Pick Up. Upon Pick Up, the loading, tie-down, protective wrapping/cushioning, and transportation is the customer's sole risk and responsibility.
We do not have extra blankets or tie-downs at our stores. Sometimes we have extra pieces of cardboard, but not always. We recommend to bring whatever blankets, cushions, ropes, bungees, or tie-downs you may need to transport your furniture safely. Also, please make sure the item will fit into your vehicle prior to arriving for Pick Up.
